The ruling of the trial judge, of which relator complains, is reversed; the trial is stayed pending further mental or neurological examination of the defendant; the sanity hearing shall be reopened upon a showing by defendant of new or additional-relevant evidence; the case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
