For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State of Louisiana v. Cynthia Anderson, 04-30 (La.App. 3 Cir. 7/7/04), 877 So.2d 336, 2004 WL 1496835, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
