Per curiam.

After plenary consideration of this ‍‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‍matter, it is found not to satisfy the criteria for the ‍‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‍grant of certiorari and the writ is therefore *828vacated.
