“Did thе Appellаtе Court proрerly cоncludе ‍​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‍that the defendant’s appeal was not moot?”
