At the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Sides, 501 So.2d 1262 (Ala.1986), we remand this cause with instructions ‍‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‍to the circuit court to conduct a *1265hearing wherein the plea bargain, if ‍‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‍any, is considered by the court.

WRIT GRANTED;
