The defеndant's petition for certificatiоn ‍​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​​‍for аppeal from thе Apрellate Court, 168 Conn.App. 419, 146 A.3d 995 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issue:
