In re: James Phillip Richards applying for remedial writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus, remedial relief and stay order.
Writ denied. There is no showing of abuse of the trial judge’s discretion. Relator’s right to request additional portions of the record on appeal is reserved.

dissent from the denial; Defendant is entitled under C.Cr.P. to designate the record on appeal; under Art. 1, § 19 of the Constitution of 1974, he has a constitutional right to a complete record of all evidence on which the judgment of conviction was based.
