The judgment of the court of appeals ‍​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‍is reversed on authority of State v. Gaines (1989), 46 Ohio St. 3d 65, 545 N.E. 2d 68.

Judgment reversed.
