For the reasons assigned this date in State v. Rainwater, 448 So.2d 1387 (La.App. 3 Cir.1984), with which this instant case was consolidated ‍​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‍on appeal, the decision of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
