ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI GRANTED.

The conviction is affirmed. The sentence is amended, however, to delete only that portion which imposes one additional ‍‌‌‌​​​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‍year in default of payment of the $1000.00 fine.
