State v. Parker, 407 So. 2d 355

PER CURIAM.

This appeal is ‍​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‍a companion case to State v. Ward, 407 So.2d ‍​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‍353, (Fla. 2d DCA 1981). We reverse and ‍​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‍remand on the same grounds as stated ‍​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‍in that opinion.
