“In the сirсumstаnсes оf this сase, was thе defеndant entitled tо havе the trial court instruct the ‍​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‍jury, in accordance with his request, on the doctrine of nonexclusive possession of the premises?”
