The judgment of the ‍‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‍Supreme Court is affirmed, for the reasons given in ‍‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‍the opinion of Mr. Justice Eeed in that court, ‍‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‍reported in 44 Vroom 53.
