“Did the ‍‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‍Appellate Court properly conclude that the trial court ‍‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‍lacked subject matter jurisdiction to consider the defendant’s motion ‍‌​‌​​​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‍to correct an illegal sentence?”
