Mo. Ct. App.2018Mr. Lawrence Lake appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of second-degree assault and sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to seven years' imprisonment and long-term treatment.
