{¶1} On October 4, 2011, the applicant, Joseph Kinder, pursuant to

{¶4} In State v. Gilbert, 8th Dist. No. 90856, 2009-Ohio-607, reopening disallowed, 2010-Ohio-4103, this court ruled an argument of medical incapacity must be supported with records to substantiate the medical condition; a self-serving affidavit is insufficient. Thus, to the extent that Kinder seeks to show good cause by reason of physical injury or medical condition, his argument is unpersuasive, because it is unsupported.
{¶7} Accordingly, this court denies the application to reopen.
