Direct appeal from a jury conviction for kidnapping, forcible rape, sodomy, and armed criminal action, ‍‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‍in violation of § 565.100, § 566.030, § 566.060, and § 571.-015, RSMo 1978 respectively.
