The indictment was sufficient under ‍‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‍§ 1362, annotated code ■of 1892.

Judgment is reversed, demurrer overruled and ‍‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‍cause remanded for further proceedings.
