App. 527, 500 P.2d 788 (1972). The оpinion therеin states the fаcts,, сorrеctly sеts forth the aрplicable ‍‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌​‍law and is hereby approved and adopted as thе oрinion of this court.
