State v. Hutchinson, 519 So. 2d 603

PER CURIAM.

We granted jurisdiction to review Hutchinson v. State, 505 So.2d 579 (Fla. 2d DCA 1987), because of apparent conflict with Palmer v. State, 467 So.2d 1063 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1985). After closer consideration, we find that jurisdiction was ‍​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‍improvidently granted. Accordingly, the petition for review is dismissed.

It is so ordered.
