would grant the writ. ‍​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌​‍Counsel’s failure to file a motion to suppress was prejudicial, and ‍​​‌‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌​​​‌​‍resulted in ineffective assistance of counsel.
