However, if relator wishes to be released pending finality ‍‌‌‌​​​​​​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‍of this theft conviction on review, he should first apply for bail in ‍‌‌‌​​​​​​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​‍the district court.
