In re Henry Hinton, Jr., applying for writ of certiorari and review. Parish of Caddo. No. 114359.

All proceedings, as well as probation revocation based on the theft conviction, are stayed pending further orders of this Court. However, if relator wishes to be released pending finality of this theft conviction on review, he should first apply for bail in the district court. See C.Cr.P. art. 899(C).
