ERRATUM TO OPINION

{¶ 1} On Page One of the opinion heretofore filed on March 1, 2004, so much thereof as reads: Criminal Appeal from Common Pleas Court,” should read “Criminal Appeal from Municipal Court.”

{¶ 2} On page two, ¶ 1 so much thereof as reads: “Allen County Court of Common Pleas” should read “Lima Municipal Court.”
