LEMMON, J., concurs in ‍​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍the denial, contrary to the court of appeal, ‍​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍the evidence was rank hearsay and unquestionably inadmissible, but ‍​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​‍there was no contemporaneous objection.
