For the reasons stated in the ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‍case of The State v. George S. Smith, just ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‍decided, each of the above entitled cases ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‍is reversed, and remanded for further ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‍proceedings.
