For the reasons stated ‍​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‍in the dissenting opinion, the decision of the ‍​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‍Court of Appeals is reversed. We hold that ‍​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‍defendant’s petition for discretionary review as to additional ‍​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‍issues was improvidently allowed.
