The judgment of the circuit court granting the defendants’ motion to suppress ‍‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‍is affirmed pursuant to the direction of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Gingo, 605 So.2d 1237 (Ala.1992).
