The judgment under review ‍‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‍herein should be affirmed, for the reasons expressed ‍‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‍in the opinion delivered by Mr. Justice Kalisch ‍‌​​​​​​‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌‍in the Supreme Court.
