In re: Catherine Dodds applying for Writ of Certiorari.
Granted: Bail hearing ordered to permit defendant to attempt to show that the proof is not evident or presumption is not great that she is guilty of first degree murder, Art. 313 Code Crim.P. However, trial judge has reasonable discretion to avoid the hearing becoming a fishing expedition for discovery.
