{¶ 1} The judgment of the court of appeals ‍​‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌‍is reversed on the authority of State v. Shane (1992), 63 Ohio St.3d 630, 590 N.E.2d 272.
