MONROE, J.

Defendant, charged with murder and ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‍convicted of manslaughter, moved for a new trial, and presents ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‍her case to this court by means of a bill of ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‍exception ■> to the overruling of the same.

The grounds set up in ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‍the motion relate exclusively to questions of fact, of which ‍​‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‍this court has no jurisdiction.
