App. 763 (AC 18323), ‍​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‍is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate ‍​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‍Court properly allow the testimony of a social worker ‍​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‍identifying the defendant as the perpetrator under the medical treatment ‍​‌​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​​‌​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‍exception to the hearsay rule?”
