"Allowed by order of the Court in confеrencе, ‍‌​‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​​‌‌​​‌​‌​​‍this the 7th day of October 1986."
