ORDER

Upon consideration of the petition filed ‍​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‍by Defendant in this matter for a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, ‍​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​‌​​​‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​‌‌‍the following order was entered and is hereby certified to the North Carolina Court of Appeals:
