“Did the Appellate Court properly decline to dismiss ‍‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‍the appeal from the revocation of the defendant’s probation and ‍‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​​​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‍her ensuing incarceration as moot?”
