would grant with an order noting that the Simpson ruling apрliеs, in his personal view, only to that capital case and only to other cases prospectively ‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​​‌​​​​​​‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​​‍under an appropriate system to be devised by the able judges of the 15th JDC.
