The case of S. v. ‍‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‍Arthur, ante, 582, being on appeal to Supreme Court, the ‍‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‍Superior Court was then without authority to entertain the ‍‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​‌​​‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌​​‌‌‌​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌‍motion for correction of the minutes.
