See, State v. Smalley, 599 So.2d 1090 (La.1992). Otherwise, the ‍​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‍relief sought is denied.
