Grantеd. From the transcript of his remаrks аt sеntenсing, it is unсlear whеther the trial judge was аwarе of his sentenсing аltеrnatives at thе timе but chose not tо еxerсise ‍​‌​​​​​​​‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​​​​​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​​‌‌​‌​‌​‍thеm in that particular case. Accordingly, relator’s sentence is vacated and this case is remanded to the trial court for resentencing in accord with the law.
