PER CURIAM.

Petition for the impeachment of John Strength, as sheriff of Elmore county. After hearing ‍‌‌‌​​‌​​​‌‌​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​​​‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​‌​​‌‌​‌‌​‌‌‍the evidence, the court is of the opinion that the defendant is not guilty.
