Baca v. ‍​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‍The Honorable Ralph G. Smith, et al., 124 Ariz. 353, 604 ‍​​​​‌​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​​​​​​​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​‌​​‌​​‌​​​​​‌‌‌​​​​‌​​‌​​‌‌‌​‍P.2d 617 (1979).
