GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion matter entitled Nugent et ux., d/b/a Quality Appliance and Carpet Company v. Stanley, No. 5549 of the docket of this court, 336 So.2d 1058, the judgment of the trial court rendered in this matter is affirmed. Appellant is cast for all costs of this appeal.

AFFIRMED.
