As ordered by this Court, the Board obtained and considered the sentencing minutes and recommendations of the sentencing court, and conducted a de novo hearing on January 23, 2007. Thus, although petitioner‘s request for parole release was once again denied, petitioner has obtained all of the relief he sought by this appeal and the appeal has been rendered moot (see
