We accepted jurisdiction to review St. Mary’s Hospital, Inc. v. Brinson, 685 So. 2d 33" date_filed="1996-12-04" court="Fla. Dist. Ct. App." case_name="St. Mary's Hosp., Inc. v. Brinson">685 So.2d 33 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996), in order to resolve what appeared to be a conflict. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. However, on closer examination, we find that review was improvidently granted, and, accordingly, we dismiss the petition.
