Ordered that one bill of costs is awarded to the plaintiff.

Since the defendants failеd to meet their prima facie burden, it is unnecessary to consider whether the paрers submitted by the plaintiff in opposition werе sufficient to raise a triable issue of faсt (see id.).
Accordingly, the Supreme Court should have denied the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
