This case is controlled by the decision ‍​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍rendered in Shoemake v. Whitlock, 226 Ga. 771, and the judgment of the trial court must ‍​​​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​​​​​​‌​‌​‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌‌​​‌​‌‌‌​‌‌​‌​​‌​‌​‌‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​‌​​‌‌‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌‌‌‍be reversed.
