This case presents the same question that was decided in Sis Radio v. Brogan filed this date by Brock, J. For the reasons ‍‌​‌​‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌‌​​​​​‌​​​‌​‌​‌‌​‌‌‌‌​‌‌​​‌​‌​‌​‍therein expressed the judgment is affirmed.

Affirmed.
