would grant thе writ оn the issue оf the award for ‍‌‌​‌‌‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌​‌​‌‌‌​‌​‌​​​‌‌‌‌‌​​​‌‌​​​‌‌​​‌​‍emotional distress for having lost the jewelry.
