WEAVER, J., dissents and states as follows:

I dissent from the dеnial order. I would peremptorily reverse the Court ‍‌​​‌​‌‌​‌​​‌‌​​​​​​‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌​‌​​‌‌​‌​​​‌‌​​​‌​​​‍of Appeals and reinstate the order of the Barry Circuit Court.
