This suit was consolidated and tried with case La.App., 201 So. 2d 876" date_filed="1967-09-29" court="La. Ct. App." case_name="Snell v. Stein">201 So.2d 876 and for the reasons set forth in that matter, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal shall be paid by appellant.
